Water melon has lot of water content , vitamins and and has little or no fat content in it.So it is good to consume water melon juice especially in the summer season.
INGREDIENTS
- Water melon chopped and deseeded : 2 cups
- Sugar/ Honey : 2 tsp
- Pepper powder : pinch(optional)
- Ice cubes : 3- 4
- In a blender, add peeled and deseeded watermelon pieces, sugar and pepper Powder
- Grind all the above ingredients well
- Transfer to a glass and top with Ice cubes.
- Serve Watermelon Juice chilled.
SUGGESTIONS
If water melon is sweet enough you can avoid adding sugar.
