Hey don't get confused by seeing the picture
attached. As the name suggests this is a purely veg
dish and very easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
- Gram flour(besan) : 3/4 cup
- Rice flour : 1 tsp(optional)
- Finely chopped tomato : 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped onion :1/2 cup
- Finely chopped green chillies : 1-2
- Chopped cury leaves : 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves : 3-4 strands
- Asafoetida(Hing) : 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder : a pinch
- Coconut oil : 1tsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD
1.
Mix the ingredients from 1- 8
with water to get a dosa batter consistency.
2.
Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle
some oil, spread the batter into thin omelettes.
3.
Drizzle some oil on top.
4.
Turn the omelet upside down and fry
on other side.But don't allow to fry too much as it will get dark.
5.
Sprinkle pepper powder on top and
serve hot.
