Wheat flour dosa or godambu dosa is a type of dosa variety
which does not require fermentation or prior preparation. It requires only
basic ingredients so that you can make it whenever you want – a quick and easy
recipe.

3. Pour the tempering into the batter and mix well.
4. Heat griddle (tava) and grease with few drops of oil [ I prefer using non_stick pan by which usage of oil can be avoided ,also dosa doesn’t form sticky mess]
5. When pan is hot, turn flame to medim .Pour a ladle full of batter and spread round to form dosa.
6. Greese the uncooked side with few drops of oil, flip the dosa and allow to cook for a minute.
7. When slight brown spots appears on both the sides, dosa is ready.
8. Serve with Onion chutney , Sambhar or Pickle.
SUGGESTIONS
2. You can avoid tempering and can add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chillies, small onions and curry leaves directly to the dosa batter. But tempering gives good flavor to dosa.
3. Keeping the pan closed with a lid while making dosa allows to cook it faster.
